Dishwasher/Prep Cook

Duties:

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
• Assist with catering events, including setting up and serving food
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, dishes, utensils, and work areas
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
• Maintain inventory of food supplies and notify supervisor when supplies are low
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation of the kitchen

Skills:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
