Role Description The Real Estate Agent role at Keller Williams Realty in Roseville, MN is a full-time, on-site position focused on serving buyers and sellers throughout the local market. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and generating leads, conducting client consultations, preparing and presenting listings, and guiding clients through property showings and open houses. The agent will negotiate offers and contracts, coordinate inspections and closing activities, and maintain accurate transaction documentation. This role also requires ongoing market research, use of Keller Williams’ technology platforms, and active participation in office meetings, training, and collaborative team initiatives. Building long-term client relationships, delivering high-quality service, and upholding ethical and legal standards are core responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong client service and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport, communicate clearly, and manage expectations throughout the buying and selling process.
