General Maintenance Technician III – Maui

Location: East Honolulu

Essential Functions And Responsibilities

• Able to utilize equipment, tools, materials and supplies in an economical, efficient, skillful, and safe manner.
• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns to supervisor.
• Complete daily trouble reports and timesheets in an accurate and understandable manner.
• Responsible for the safe use and operation of all tools and materials associated with the tasks related to this position and other duties, as needed.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of basic maintenance duties.
• Reliable; able to multi-task and learn on the job.

Experience

• Minimum of three (3) years of hotel or condominium resort interior maintenance experience or an equivalent amount of experience in related areas. Must be able to lift at least 75 pounds.
