Families in the Grayson, GA 30017 area are looking for experienced caregivers who are confident in providing hands‑on personal care, mobility support, and compassionate one‑on‑one assistance. At Home Well Care Services Northeast Atlanta, we match certified caregivers with clients who need dependable care in the comfort of their own homes.
We are seeking experienced caregivers in the Grayson area who are confident in supporting clients with higher‑level care needs. Ideal candidates should be comfortable with hands‑on personal care, wheelchair support, safe transfers, and Hoyer lift assistance. Weekend availability is strongly preferred, and some weekday availability may also be needed depending on the client’s care schedule.
Caregivers who are document‑ready, dependable, and experienced with mobility assistance and full personal care will be prioritized for placement.
What you’ll do
- Deliver hands‑on personal care, including bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and meal preparation
- Assist with mobility support, safe transfers, and wheelchair use
- Use a Hoyer lift safely and confidently as part of the client’s care routine
- Support the client’s safety, comfort, dignity, and independence
- Serve as a trusted, consistent presence in the client’s daily life
- Follow personalized care plans and document care updates
- Assist with light housekeeping, errands, and transportation when included in the care plan
What we’re looking for
- 18 years of age or older
- Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification in Georgia
- 1 plus year of caregiving experience preferred
- Experience with Hoyer lift use is strongly preferred
- Experience with wheelchair assistance, transfers, and mobility support is required
- Comfortable providing full personal care and hands‑on ADL support
- Weekend availability is strongly preferred
- Some weekday availability may also be needed depending on the client’s care schedule
- Prepared to start assigned shifts within 72 hours when a client becomes available
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
- Must pass background check, drug screen, and provide proof of negative TB test
- Dependable, patient, and confident working with clients who require a higher level of physical assistance
