Roaming Property Manager: Affordable Housing Leasing & Compliance

Fairway Management, Inc. is seeking Roaming Property Managers to oversee daily operations across various apartment communities in Kansas City. The ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years in affordable housing property management, knowledge of Real Page Onesite, and fair housing regulations. Responsibilities include assisting with leasing, rent collection, and compliance activities, as well as ensuring properties meet management standards. This full-time position requires on-call availability for emergencies and training participation.
