Assisted hygiene on Mondays, you’ll have your own assistantSmooth flow with 3 columns shared between 2 hygienists, so it is 1.5 columns per RDH. 1 hour appointments, or longer if you need itYou have a voice, we want your ideasBuilt by hygienists, our program was designed with real RDHsUncapped bonus potential, earn more without burning out

What you’ll actually do:

Take care of patients your way with time, tools, and supportUse tech like lasers and intraoral cameras, we’ll train if neededCollaborate closely with your doctor and teamContribute to morning huddles
