Real Estate Production Partner

$36,000 per year base salary, plus bonus on each transaction

About the role

Hiring a licensed real estate agent to join our team as a Production Partner. In this role you deliver high-quality service to our buyers and handle the day-to-day operational work so the Lead Agent can focus on strategy and negotiation. You will also gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and deal volume to help you grow as an agent.

You will manage the daily relationship with clients from first contact through closing, while the Lead Agent provides strategy, negotiation expertise, and oversight. This is a strong fit for an agent who is proactive, organized, and motivated to build long-term skills and production.

Responsibilities

Showings and client experience:

  • Coordinate, schedule, and conduct property showings and tours.
  • Anticipate client needs and provide neighborhood and property insight.
  • Handle showing feedback, recap reports, and ongoing client communication.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for showings, questions, and logistics.

Lead management and follow-up:

  • Respond to and qualify new leads quickly during business hours.
  • Manage follow-ups in the CRM (Follow Up Boss), including daily task lists, lead tagging, and pipeline tracking.
  • Send listings daily with personalized notes and market insight.
  • Set buyer consultations and showings, and re-engage past leads.

Transaction support:

  • Prepare offers, write contracts, and organize supporting documents.
  • Coordinate inspections, appraisals, walkthroughs, and closing timelines.
  • Meet with inspectors, appraisers, vendors, and clients on-site.
  • Keep transaction files, calendars, and CRM records current and accurate.

Systems and communication:

  • Keep client communication in group threads with the Lead Agent included.
  • Document conversations in the CRM promptly.
  • Track and report weekly performance: showings completed, offers submitted, and appointments set.
  • Submit a weekly check-in covering highlights, results, challenges, and questions.

Requirements

  • Active real estate license.
  • Minimum of six homes sold, with a working knowledge of the full transaction process.
  • Strong, clear communicator who keeps clients and teammates informed.
  • Proactive and organized, able to plan and complete work independently.
  • Comfortable with real estate technology such as a CRM (Follow Up Boss) and the MLS.
  • Available during business hours, with some evening and weekend flexibility.
  • Eager to learn and grow as a real estate professional.

Compensation and benefits

  • Base salary of $36,000 per year.
  • Performance bonus paid on closed transactions you are directly involved in, plus commission on self-generated and referral business. The full structure is shared during the interview process.
