Experienced Caregiver / Home Health Aide (HHA) – North Chicago Suburbs | Up to $22.50/hr

About the Role

We are seeking reliable and compassionate Care Partners (Home Health Aides / Caregiver Companions) to provide in-home care support to clients throughout the North Chicago Suburbs, including areas such as Lake Forest, Highland Park, Skokie, Waukegan, North Chicago, Lincolnshire, Gurnee, and Grayslake.

Care Partners will assist clients with daily living activities, companionship, and overall well-being while ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home personal care and companionship
• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Support personal hygiene, mobility, and daily routines
• Ensure client safety and comfort at all times
• Follow individualized care plans and agency guidelines
• Communicate effectively with the care team and agency staff

Requirements

• Reliable personal transportation (car required)
• Previous caregiving, HHA, or similar experience preferred
• Ability to travel throughout North Suburban Chicago areas
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
• Experience with ADLs, personal care, and client support preferred
