The Chief Engineer is responsible for the oversight of the building maintenance of the property. This includes the interior as well as the exterior of the building. This person must be knowledgeable in HVAC, and Electrical and Mechanical Systems.
Performs complex analytical work in providing office and building engineering support and field engineering support to ensuring technical competence and compliance with all current codes and criteria.
