Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in a fast-paced industrial shop environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, communicating with customers, and assisting with administrative functions while working alongside an active team.
This is a part-time opportunity with the potential to transition into a full-time position after 90 days based on performance and business needs.
Responsibilities
- Enter invoices and maintain records using QuickBooks
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls
- Make customer service and client follow-up calls
- Gather, organize, and maintain information for reports
- Provide administrative support to management and staff
- Assist with daily operational tasks as needed
- Maintain accurate records and files
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)
- Previous customer service experience
- Comfortable communicating with customers by phone
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of QuickBooks preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Previous administrative experience is a plus
Work Environment
This position is based in an active industrial/shop setting and is not a traditional office environment. Employees may be exposed to loud equipment and machinery noise and may work in varying weather conditions.
Candidates should be comfortable working in a hands-on industrial setting.
Schedule
Part-time schedule to be discussed during the interview process, with the opportunity to become full-time after 90 days.
