K-8th Grade Assistant Teachers

SPS is looking for an individual who is a great team player and has a fantastic attitude. Qualifications for the position include:

• High School Diploma required, College Degree and teaching certificate a plus.
• Demonstrating an understanding of and rapport with school-age children.
• Possessing effective communication skills with children and adults.
• Possessing ability to step in short-term to lead the class if need arises.
• Possessing ability to handle any situation that may arise with discretion, tact, and diplomacy.
• Using independent judgment.
• Maintaining composure in a hectic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17,000.00 per year
