Diagnose and resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues efficiently, ensuring a consistently high standard of customer satisfaction within the Customer Support Services framework.
Identify customer needs proactively and recommend appropriate solutions or escalate complex cases to the relevant departments in a timely manner.
Accurately log all customer interactions, case details, and resolutions into the company's CRM system, maintaining detailed and up-to-date records.
Collaborate closely with team leaders and cross-functional departments to continuously improve service delivery processes and customer experience outcomes.
Adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs), quality benchmarks, and performance targets as defined by the Customer Support Services team.
Participate actively in regular training sessions, team briefings, and performance reviews to stay current with product knowledge and service protocols.
