Patient Engagement Specialist

Horizon is looking for a dedicated Patient Engagement Specialist at our administrative office located at 55 Dodge Rd, Getzville, NY. Under the supervision of the Admissions Teams Supervisor, the Patient Engagement Specialist provides excellent service to our incoming callers. Our Patient Engagement Specialist must be a detail-oriented individual with experience in internal and external customer service. They must also have experience working in substance use and mental health environments, knowledge of health insurance, and great computer skills.
