PPC Specialist

Remote Recruitment is hiring a PPC Specialist for our UK-based clients. This is a fully remote position offering South African professionals an excellent opportunity to work with leading UK employers from home. You will work UK business hours and join a supportive, fast-growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, build, launch and continuously optimise Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn campaigns

Manage and allocate advertising budgets strategically to maximise ROAS and efficiency

Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience analysis and competitive benchmarking

Design and execute A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, landing pages and bidding strategies

Produce detailed weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights

Stay current with platform updates and industry trends to maintain competitive advantage

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on PPC or paid media campaign management experience

Google Ads certified and Meta Blueprint certification is advantageous

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and Excel

Experience managing significant advertising budgets across multiple platforms

Data-driven mindset with excellent attention to detail and communication skills
