Precision Component Cleaning & Materials Handling Technician

Monarch Quantum is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Precision Component Cleaning & Materials Handling Technician to support our manufacturing operations. This position combines traditional warehouse and material handling responsibilities with the specialized cleaning and preparation of precision components used in advanced manufacturing.

The ideal candidate has experience working in a production or manufacturing environment and understands the importance of cleanliness, organization, and quality. Experience cleaning precision-machined components using ultrasonic cleaning systems and adhering to contamination-control standards is highly desirable.

Primary Responsibilities

Prepare, clean, and package precision-machined components according to established work instructions.

Operate ultrasonic cleaning equipment and associated cleaning processes for precision components.

Perform precision cleaning using approved solvents, detergents, and deionized (DI) water rinses while following established contamination-control procedures.

Handle components using particulate-free techniques and appropriate PPE to prevent contamination or damage.

Inspect cleaned components for cleanliness, damage, and quality before releasing them to production.

Package cleaned components using approved methods to maintain cleanliness during storage and transport.

Receive, inspect, stage, and distribute materials to support production.

Maintain accurate inventory through material transactions and inventory control procedures.

Maintain clean, organized workstations and support 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.

Assist with shipping, receiving, stocking, inventory transactions, and cycle counting as needed.

Follow all quality standards, safety procedures, and company policies.
