This role serves as the operational lead supporting QSR businesses across multiple brands. Responsibilities include managing menu, recipe, pricing, and LTO administration; maintaining critical operational systems; developing reporting, dashboards, and business insights; and supporting technology, process improvement, and governance initiatives. The position partners closely with brand teams, operations, marketing, IT, and external stakeholders to drive operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, continuous improvement, and sustainable business growth.
Essential Functions
Lead recipe, menu, and price management across all QSR brands
Manage Limited Time Offer (LTO) items and menu rollouts across QSR brands.
Conduct routine audits of recipes, pricing, keyboard configurations,inventory systems, and operational data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Serve as the subject matter expert for FEP reporting by developing dashboards, visualizations, and performance metrics that provide actionable insights into performance, trends, and future opportunities.
Design, maintain, and enhance operational KPI dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
Pull and analyze Tableau data and other business intelligence reports for internal stakeholders and business partners.
Generate, maintain, and distribute operational reports, including Weekly Inventory & Sales Reports and other recurring performance reporting.
Maintain and update PFJ360 data and related operational systems.
Maintain Blue Line administration and related platform governance.
Coordinate and administer new store keyboard configurations and setup.
Partner with Information Technology and cross-functional stakeholders to support operational technology initiatives and continuous system improvements.
Maintain all brand logins, user access, and alignment reporting with brand partners.
Develop, maintain, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, scalability, and operational excellence.
Lead Lean Six Sigma (LSS) and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Maintain document governance, version control, and operational standards across all QSR-related processes and documentation.
Submit, track, and manage QSR department invoices and related administrative documentation.
Provide operational analysis, project coordination, and cross-functional support for strategic departmental initiatives.

Build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, brand partners, vendors, and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
High school diploma or equivalent certificate required
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, communications, marketing, or merchandising preferred
Minimum one year’s marketing, merchandising, or hospitality management experience required; Pilot Flying J experience preferred
