Immediate opening! This role is ideal for someone with QuickBooks experience who enjoys a mix of accounting, coordination, and light customer interaction. Onsite in Claremore. Casual office setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with a variety of daily accounting and administrative duties
  • Manage invoicing and ensure accurate entry between systems
  • Support payroll by verifying time entries
  • Assist with answering incoming calls and general office support

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of QuickBooks required
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel
  • 2+ years of experience assisting with administrative and accounting duties
  • Must be dependable and available for onsite work - 40 hours/wk

Schedule

  • Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
