Accountant III
St. Louis County department of Administration is hiring an Accountant III to oversee an accounting section, including perform professional accounting or auditing work in support of financial management systems.

Examples of duties include overseeing and maintaining the County's Chart of Accounts within Workday, supporting Workday financial configuration and governance, maintaining and updating accounting policies and procedures, assisting with financial reporting and year-end close activities, performing monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations, reviewing legislation for accounting alignment to ensure proper use of Workday financial structures, and supporting system integration and migration efforts.
Minimum qualifications include equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and two years of related experience.
