Schedule

Care Delivery
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care to Accord Care clients in accordance with the established Plan of Care
- Assist patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and activities of daily living
- Perform basic healthcare services, including taking vital signs and providing medication reminders
- Support clients with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Safely drive and escort clients to appointments, errands, and social activities

Requirements
- CNA or HHA Certification, as applicable, required
- CPR Certification, online courses not accepted
- TB Test or Chest X-ray within last six months
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
