Experienced Front of House ServerJob Overview
We are seeking an experienced Front of House Server to join our team. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of restaurant experience, provides exceptional customer service, works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrates strong teamwork and professionalism.
This position requires individuals who can confidently manage guest interactions, support restaurant operations, and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming dining experience for all guests.
- Greet, seat, and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Answer guest questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and allergens.
- Upsell menu items and beverages when appropriate.
- Handle To-Go orders, phone inquiries, and guest requests.
- Monitor tables throughout service and provide attentive guest care.
- Bus and reset tables efficiently to support restaurant flow and table turnover.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and restrooms.
- Restock condiments, napkins, utensils, beverages, and other supplies as needed.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, coworkers, and management.
- Address guest concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
- Assist with POS operations, payment processing, and other front-of-house responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant Front of House experience required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a high-volume environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Experience with POS systems preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Schedule
- Part-time or Full-time available.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.75 - $20.00 per hour
