Key Responsibilities

Assist Italian-speaking travellers and tourists with vehicle rental enquiries, bookings, modifications, and cancellations via phone, email, and live chat platforms.

Provide accurate and tailored information about available vehicle options, rental rates, insurance packages, and tourism-related add-ons to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Process reservations and payments efficiently using internal booking and CRM systems, ensuring all data is accurately recorded and maintained.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented manner, reflecting the premium service standards expected in the tourism sector.

Collaborate with partner tourism agencies, hotels, and travel operators to coordinate seamless vehicle rental solutions for group and individual travellers.

Upsell and cross-sell relevant travel and tourism services such as GPS navigation, additional driver options, child seats, and travel insurance packages.

Stay informed about current tourism trends, seasonal travel patterns, and destination-specific requirements to better serve Italian-speaking clients.
