Job Description:

This position offers an hourly wage for all hours worked, along with an activity-based bonus payment that can significantly enhance your earnings. Drivers in this role have averaged annualized earnings of $91,000 in the past six to twelve months.
- $18 per hour
- Holiday pay per day: $150
Activity-Based Bonus Components:
- Cent per mile rate: $0.60-$0.86
- Detention pay: $20 per hour
- Stop pay: $21 per stop
- Under 100 mile bonus: $65 per occurrence
- Trailer sweep out: $5 per occurrence
- Backhaul pay: $60 per backhaul
- Intermodal loads: $55-$65 per load
- Outsource work: $305 per day
- Layover pay: $150 per day
- On Call Shift pay: $100 flat rate
- 5 Day Show Bonus: $125 flat rate
- Safety training: $20 per hour
- New hire training period: $275 per day
- Frequent home time
- Onsite management
