Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities and grounds are well-maintained, safe, and aesthetically pleasing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape maintenance and mechanical knowledge, with the ability to operate various hand and power tools effectively.
Temp to Hire Position: Upon the successful completion of the first 90 days. Employee will be eligible for sponsorship to Union with Tradesman Classification
Duties
- Conduct landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, and planting.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various maintenance tasks.
- Monitor the condition of jobsites and report any issues that require attention.
- Collaborate with team members to complete larger projects as needed.
Skills
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools related to maintenance tasks.
- Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs.
- Experience in landscape maintenance and grounds keeping practices.
