We pride ourselves on creating memorable dining and drinking experiences for every guest, and we're looking for a dedicated addition to our team. Position Summary:We are seeking a skilled Server/Bartender with at least 2 years of experience in both roles. The ideal candidate will thrive in a busy environment, maintain a high level of professionalism under pressure, and consistently deliver top-tier service. Some supervisory or management experience is a plus, as leadership opportunities may be available for the right person.Key Responsibilities:As a Server:Greet and serve guests in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner.Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and daily specials.Ensure tables are properly set, cleaned, and reset between seatings.Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary.As a Bartender:Craft cocktails, pour beer and wine, and serve guests at the bar.Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking and prepping garnishes.Check identification and monitor guest alcohol consumption responsibly.Keep up with drink trends and demonstrate excellent knowledge of spirits and cocktails.Handle cash, credit card transactions, and balance cash drawers.Additional Responsibilities (if applicable):Assist in training and mentoring new team members.Help with opening/closing duties and shift supervision as needed.Support FOH management in maintaining service standards and guest satisfaction.Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience in both serving and bartending, preferably in a high-volume environment.Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling.Management or shift lead experience is a strong plus.Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive hourly wage + tips.Opportunities for advancement and leadership roles.Staff meals and company-wide discountsHealth benefits available for full-time employees (30 hours/week)
