Dental Hygiene Assistant

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Dental Hygiene Assistant to join our growing dental team. If you enjoy helping patients feel comfortable and take pride in providing excellent support to dental professionals, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist dental hygienists during patient appointments
• Take x-rays, polish, & floss patient independently
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
• Escort patients to treatment areas and ensure their comfort
• Maintain accurate patient records and update charts as needed
• Follow infection control and safety protocols
• Stock and organize supplies
• Provide patients with post-treatment care instructions

Requirements:

• X-ray certification
• Previous dental experience preferred (but not required)
• Knowledge of infection control procedures
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Positive attitude and attention to detail
