Conduct routine and advanced laboratory tests-including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more-adhering to established protocols.

Evaluate results diligently, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and perform maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.

Support specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as required.

Meticulously document all procedures, assist in training new staff or students, and uphold lab quality benchmarks.

Ensure a maintained, safe work environment while following regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a similar allied health degree, with preparations for ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within a year of joining.

Superior organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, especially in documentation and quality assurance.
