About Gameday Men's Health
We're not a volume-based clinic. We're a performance-driven men's health practice built on proactive care, strong patient relationships, and real outcomes. Everything we do is guided by a simple belief: patient first, business smart, profit makes business possible.
The Role
We're looking for a Licensed Vocational Nurse to deliver hands-on clinical care for our patients pursuing Testosterone Replacement Therapy, peptide therapy, ED treatment, weight loss, GAINSwave, Botox, and IV therapy. You'll work under the direction of our Medical Director and Clinic Director, providing safe, precise, patient-first care while helping the clinic run at a high standard.
This is a low-volume, high-touch environment. You will know your patients by name, and they will know you.
Responsibilities
Clinical Care
- Perform venipuncture for lab draws with accuracy and patient comfort in mind.
- Administer intramuscular and subcutaneous injections per provider order and clinic protocol.
- Administer IV therapy per provider order, under the direction of the supervising provider (current IV certification required or must be obtained within 90 days of hire).
- Collect and document vital signs and patient history accurately in the EMR.
- Prepare patients for provider visits and assist providers during exams and procedures as directed.
- Follow all medication administration protocols; escalate any order questions to the supervising provider before administering.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain complete, accurate, and timely documentation in the EMR for every patient encounter.
- Submit lab requisitions correctly and ensure results are received, recorded, and flagged to the provider promptly.
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and adherence to Texas Board of Nursing practice standards at all times.
- Practice within the scope of a Texas LVN license and clinic protocols; refer any task outside that scope to the supervising provider.
Patient Experience
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with patients through consistency and professionalism.
- Communicate clearly with patients about what to expect from procedures, medications, and follow-up care.
- Partner with the front office team to keep the clinic flow on schedule and patients informed.
Team & Operations
- Collaborate with the Clinic Director, Medical Director, and front office staff to keep clinical operations running smoothly.
- Support inventory checks for clinical supplies and medications, flagging low stock to the GM.
- Bring an ownership mindset. If something needs attention, you handle it or raise it, you don't wait to be told.
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the State of Texas, issued by the Texas Board of Nursing.
- Graduate of a Board-approved LVN program.
- Current BLS/CPR certification (AHA or ARC).
- Demonstrated ability to perform venipuncture, administer injections, and collect vitals independently.
- IV certification (Texas BON-approved course) preferred; required within 90 days of hire if not already held.
- Experience in med spa, urology, endocrinology, family practice, or general practice settings preferred.
- Comfortable with EMR/CRM systems; proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets required).
- No current or pending malpractice claims or Board actions.
Who Thrives Here
- You take extreme ownership and don't wait to be told what needs attention.
- You care about doing things the right way, not the easy way.
- You're coachable, growth-driven, and open to feedback.
- You believe clinical excellence and operational excellence go hand in hand.
- You show up as an all-in team player who supports the clinic's success.
Who Doesn't
- Anyone looking for a clock-in/clock-out role with no accountability.
- People who resist feedback or avoid documentation.
- Anyone who treats scope of practice as a suggestion rather than a boundary.
Benefits
- Competitive hourly or salary pay based on experience.
- Bonus opportunities tied to individual and clinic performance.

- Low patient volume with real continuity of care.
- Opportunities for professional development and growth.
