Compensation: Base salary starting at $50,000 (depending on experience) + 10% commission on sales + car and cellphone allowances. Uncapped earning potential for top performers.

About the Opportunity: Work Now Staffing is looking for a driven, high-energy Account Manager to join our team in the Orlando and surrounding market. If you thrive on building relationships, closing deals, and helping local businesses solve their staffing challenges with quality temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire talent, this is your chance to grow with a dynamic staffing firm.

You'll build and manage a portfolio of clients and play a key role in hitting company sales and profitability goals. This is a true hunter/farmer hybrid role perfect for a self-starter who loves the staffing industry, thinks creatively, and wants uncapped income potential.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive new business through daily client visits, targeted proposals, and creative, outside-the-box sales strategies that stand out in a competitive market.
  • Build and grow a strong portfolio of accounts with top local employers, focusing on temporary labor, temp-to-hire, and direct hire placements.
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies that deliver consistent revenue growth and profitability.
  • Support marketing efforts to generate leads and expand market presence.
  • Maintain accurate records of pricing, sales activity, and client interactions.
  • Collaborate closely with our recruiting and operations teams to deliver outstanding staffing solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by deeply understanding their needs and providing tailored, high-quality talent solutions.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience selling temporary labor, temp-to-hire, and direct hire services (staffing agency experience strongly preferred).
  • Proven track record as a closer and self-starter in B2B sales, with the ability to think creatively and use outside-the-box strategies to win new business.
  • High energy, positive attitude, and genuine passion for sales and the staffing industry.
  • Assertive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with recruiting/staffing software (Avionte Bold experience is a plus).
  • Valid driver's license and comfort with regular in-person client visits.
