The Recruiter is responsible for partnering with a highly energetic and collaborative team of business managers to support the entire recruiting process.  The successful candidate is responsible for leveraging technology and data to source talent, recruit, and screen applicants for a variety of positions primarily in the diesel technology and heavy equipment fields.  Other recruitment efforts for other general roles will be required as business needs dictate.  Work is performed under general supervision and is occasionally complex.
