Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician position is considered vital to the overall operation of the property. Resident retention programs depend largely on the performance and professionalism of the Maintenance team, and total commitment to the position and property operations is paramount.

Job Details

Location: Huntsville, AL - May be required to temporarily support other APG properties during emergencies or periods of operational need.

Schedule: This position is not limited to a standard 40-hour workweek. Work hours may extend beyond regular business hours based on operational demands. Must be available to respond to emergency maintenance requests outside of regular business hours, as needed.

Responsibilities

Responsible for timely completion (24 hours) of service requests as assigned by the Supervisor.

Participation in the maintenance on-call rotation is required.

Ongoing preventative maintenance.

Make-ready maintenance.

Other duties and projects deemed necessary by management.
