International Wire Group is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at one of our Central New York manufacturing facilities. This role is responsible for supervising a team of skilled maintenance technicians, coordinating daily maintenance activities, driving preventive maintenance initiatives, supporting equipment reliability, and fostering a strong culture of safety, continuous improvement, and team development.
