Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a primary point of contact for all their financial service needs.
Assist clients with account opening, closing, and maintenance processes.
Conduct thorough and accurate account reviews and ensure all necessary documentation is complete.
Collaborate with financial advisors and other team members to develop and implement effective client strategies.
Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance standards to ensure all client interactions are in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate and organized client records and documentation.
Proactively identify and resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and preparing reports and presentations.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve the client experience and provide feedback to management.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge of financial products and services.
Adhere to company values and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
Attend client meetings and events as needed to support financial advisors.
Collaborate with team members to achieve team and company goals.
