Medical Billing Payor Verification

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Revenue Cycle Medical Billing Payor Verification specialist will verify benefits, deductibles, and out-of-pocket amounts for government payors using portals and telephone communications while resolving coordination of benefits issues. Key responsibilities Utilize payor portals or phone calls for benefit verification Analyze work processes to maximize efficiency Achieve team and departmental goals while collaborating effectively with team members Required qualifications Minimum of one (1) year experience in medical billing Prior payor verification experience or direct communication with payors Intermediate knowledge of computers and related technology High school diploma or equivalent, or significant relevant work experience Proficient in Word, Excel, and Office 365
