Job Summary:

We are seeking a Pharmaceutical Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare-related positions. The recruiter will utilize SAP SuccessFactors to manage recruitment workflows, candidate pipelines, interview scheduling, and hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for pharmaceutical and life sciences roles.
• Create and post job requisitions in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Generate recruitment reports and hiring metrics using SuccessFactors.
• Manage offer generation, onboarding coordination, and candidate communication.
• Build talent pipelines for critical pharmaceutical positions.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to understand workforce needs.

Required Skills

• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotech, or life sciences recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Module.
• Knowledge of recruitment lifecycle and talent acquisition best practices.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry roles (Clinical Research, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Pharmacovigilance, Medical Affairs, etc.).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
