Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our team! This vital role combines efficient office management with accurate bookkeeping, ensuring smooth daily operations and financial integrity. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. You will manage administrative tasks, and oversee billing and collections, oversee relationshippwith outside book-keeper, manage benefits programs for employees, oversee maintenance of insurance coverage, oversee financial record-keeping to support our company's success. Duties

  • Manage daily office operations including filing, data entry, calendar management, and organization of supplies
  • Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software; perform bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations
  • Support administrative functions like proofreading documents, managing emails, and preparing reports using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
  • Assist with personal assistant duties including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally in person or over the phone
  • Ensure proper office procedures are followed for filing, record keeping, and data entry to maintain a well-organized workspace

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Clio, and general computer literacy
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong typing skills and attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping principles; previous experience with bookkeeping or accounting software is preferred
  • Ability to handle phone etiquette professionally while managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
