Key Responsibilities

Assist French-speaking customers with vehicle rental inquiries, bookings, modifications, and cancellations via phone, email, and live chat channels

Provide accurate and up-to-date information on available vehicle categories, rental rates, insurance options, and travel-related policies

Process reservations efficiently using internal booking and fleet management systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail at every stage

Handle customer complaints and escalations with professionalism and empathy, working to resolve issues swiftly and to the client's satisfaction

Upsell and cross-sell additional travel services, upgrades, and insurance packages in a consultative and customer-friendly manner

Liaise with travel partners, airport teams, and rental station staff to coordinate smooth pick-up and drop-off experiences for customers

Maintain thorough and accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system, adhering to data protection and compliance standards
