Position: Physical Therapist (PT)

Setting: Senior Living Community

Location: Anaheim, CA

Schedule: Full-time Monday to Friday

Type: Direct Hire | Permanent Placement

About the Facility:

Join a respected Senior Living Community in Anaheim known for delivering high-quality rehab services and fostering a collaborative therapy department. You'll have the tools and support you need to succeedwhether you're a new grad or seasoned PT.

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated Rate Range: $50-60/hr, depending on experience, setting, and location

Full-Time Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat patients to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
  • Document patient progress using EMR systems
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current CA License (or eligible to obtain)
  • New grads and experienced PTs welcome!
  • Strong communication and time management skills
