Summary of Experience

Basic Requirements
- Consistent and reliable attendance is required, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Willingness to work a variety of shifts including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Compliance with store operations standards, including beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety protocols, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Six months of experience in customer service roles
- Experience preparing food and drinks following recipes, including customizing for preferences and dietary needs
- Six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating work among employees
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to manage and guide team members
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of the retail environment
