Position Overview:

We are currently hiring Commercial Painters with waterproofing experience for a restoration project in Dallas. You will be working off of heights.

Job Summary:

We are currently hiring Commercial Painters with waterproofing experience for a restoration project in Dallas. This role involves working at heights, so candidates must be comfortable using lifts and scaffolding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply paint, coatings, and waterproofing systems on commercial projects
• Perform surface preparation (cleaning, sanding, patching, priming)
• Apply sealants and coatings per project specifications
• Work safely on scaffolding and lifts
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean job site

Requirements:

• Experience in commercial painting and waterproofing
• MUST have tools necessary to do the job.
• Comfortable working at heights
• Knowledge of coatings, sealants, and surface prep
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
• Must have Steeletoe work boots.
• Drug testing is required. Must Pass.

Requirements:

• MUST have experience Commercial Painter Experience
• MUST have tools necessary to do the job.
• MUST be able to work outside (COLD / WINTER / HOT).
• MUST be able to work off of heights.
• Must be able to lift up to 75lbs consistently.
• Must have Steeletoe work boots.
• Drug testing is required. Must Pass.
• Must have own reliable transportation.
