Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Home Health Aide role based in South Euclid, OH. The Home Health Aide will assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support. Responsibilities include providing personal care, monitoring client well-being, helping with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and assisting with safe transfers and ambulation. The role also involves observing and reporting changes in client condition, following care plans, and maintaining clear, respectful communication with clients, families, and supervisors. The Home Health Aide is expected to uphold all safety and infection-control procedures and contribute to a supportive, client-centered environment.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in Home Care and supporting clients in a residential or home setting.
  • Ability to assist with Activities of Daily Living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
  • Competence in Patient Care and Personal Care, including monitoring comfort, safety, and basic health needs.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; formal home health aide or caregiver training preferred.
  • Reliability in maintaining schedules, documentation, and adherence to care plans and safety protocols.
  • Ability to lift, move, or assist clients safely, and stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are beneficial.
