Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Hybrid Insurance Tracking Representative will accurately process insurance documentation, manage inbound and outbound calls with customers and insurance agents, and ensure compliance with loan requirements. Key responsibilities Field inbound and outbound calls to provide customer service and obtain necessary insurance documentation Accurately enter and validate data to update loan records and match insurance documents Adhere to daily production goals and participate in team meetings and training sessions Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Typing speed of at least 35 WPM using a 10-key Ability to understand policy forms and coverage descriptions
