The National CARDIO-VET Network is recruiting for a Nurse Care Manager (Registered Nurse) positions. Their are more than one vacancy and the possible duty locations for placement are: Danville, IL; Lafayette, IN; Marion, IN; Fort Wayne, IN; Togus, ME; or Bangor, ME. The incumbent will function as a Care Manager responsible for all elements of the nursing process when providing and/or supervising direct care.
