MEP Design Project Manager

This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of projects from start to finish—leading engineering scope, budget, and schedule to deliver high-quality, efficient outcomes on time and on budget. You’ll guide project teams that include yourself and 3+ engineering professionals, while managing a diverse portfolio of projects totaling $600K+ in annual engineering services.

You’ll play a key leadership role across all project phases, ensuring exceptional delivery, strong financial performance, and an outstanding client experience. Beyond execution, you’ll build trusted, long-term client relationships and help identify new business opportunities, making a direct impact on both project success and firm growth.
