Call By Call Sales Manager

As a Call By Call Sales Manager, you will be in a sales position managing service techs and playing a crucial sales role helping customers with their Heating, Air, Electrical Services needs. You will be responsible for proactively reaching out to prospective customers, generating leads, and closing sales over the phone.

Our Ideal Candidate:

Prior experience as a Heating, Air, Electrical Sales Representative or In Home Sales Representative

Strong leadership and management skills

Dependable self-starter, motivated

Excellent problem-solving abilities

Proficient in Service Titan software

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Customer-focused mindset

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Meet predetermined goals for efficiency and quality

Maintain a strong customer focus reflective of the company values while driving employee engagement, and customer satisfaction through high quality service.
