Position Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and overall upkeep of common areas

throughout the property.

• Perform general custodial and housekeeping duties.
• Assist with minor maintenance tasks, basic troubleshooting, and emergency

response situations as needed.

• Communicate effectively with residents, guests, and fellow team members.
• Work independently while managing assigned responsibilities efficiently and

safely.

• Help ensure the property remains a clean, attractive, and enjoyable place for

residents to call home.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous custodial, maintenance, or building service experience is preferred but

not required.
