Emergency Flight Dispatch & Communications Specialist

VCU Health is looking for an Emergency Communication Specialist who will serve as a vital link in the safe transfer of patients. Responsibilities include managing emergency flight operations and dispatching emergency medical teams for air and ground support.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of one year of active emergency medical services experience, holds an EMT-B or EMT certification, and is able to perform effectively in high-pressure situations. This role requires strong communication skills and flexibility in working hours.
