We developed and validated our own mortgage protection lead system before expanding our agent team, which gives our agents consistent access to quality leads without relying on outside vendors. We work with 15+ top-rated carriers across life insurance, final expense, mortgage protection, and retirement products, and are selective about who we bring on as we grow our team of licensed producers across the United States.
About the Role
This is a fully remote, 1099 independent contractor position for currently licensed and producing Life and Health agents. You will work an agency-managed lead program with a mortgage protection focus, conduct phone-based client consultations, and place business across our full carrier portfolio. If you are producing but feel limited by your current lead access or comp structure, this is built for you.
Responsibilities
- Work mortgage protection and life insurance leads through a structured, agency-managed lead program
- Conduct needs-based client consultations by phone and present suitable coverage options across multiple product lines
- Run carrier quotes and guide clients through the application and underwriting process
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline activity
- Submit business in compliance with carrier and regulatory requirements
- Participate in ongoing training and case support
Qualifications
- Ability to obtain State Life and/or Health insurance license
- Strong consultative phone sales skills
- Self-directed and comfortable managing your own schedule and pipeline
