Assembler / Tester II

Responsibilities:

• Assembler receives instructions and work orders for the job and performs the tasks required.
• Uses hand tools and power tools to assemble units according to production specifications from work order kits.
• Tests and calibrates parts to meet tolerances and product specifications for customer needs based on the work order.
• Identifies units that fail tests or tolerance levels and repairs, as necessary.
• Clocks in and out from job orders to ensure correct labor entries.
• Maintains a daily test booth gauge log whenever a test booth is used to set a valve.
• Maintains product traceability by applying the serial number to the part.
• Maintains Quality Assurance trace ability by applying their own individual stamp to the part, during the assembly process, the setting process, and testing process.

Requirements:

• Work involves varying degrees of precision and control where damage could be considerable.
• Attention and care required preventing injury to others when performing maintenance work.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math, computer, and typing skills
• High School Diploma required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
