To be successful in this role, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as competency in Adobe and Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel. Prior experience as a receptionist is also helpful.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering Phones
  • Accounts payable entries
  • Complete daily invoicing in a timely fashion
  • Process weekly timesheets
  • Reconcile monthly credit card statements
  • Process expense reports
  • Support the Accounting Manager other various responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Must be organized and detail-oriented!
  • High School Diploma or greater.
  • Prior experience as a Administrative Assistant or in related field.
  • Consistent, professional dress and manner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
  • This is a full-time position. The standard schedule is Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
