Role Description This full-time, on-site and hybrid-remote Sales Account Manager | B2B Entry Level role is based in Indianapolis, IN. The Sales Account Manager will support business development initiatives by prospecting and qualifying Amazon B2B business leads, assisting with lead generation, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include client prospecting, managing assigned leads & accounts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services. The role also involves sales presentations, conducting follow-up communication with prospects and existing clients, and supporting efforts to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in Account Management and Customer Service to support client relationships and daily account activities.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and Customer Satisfaction to identify new opportunities and help maintain strong client outcomes.
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, for client interactions and internal collaboration.
